Sphero Mini is a miniaturized version of Sphero's original app-enabled robotic ball. For the package, I wanted to do something energetic and imply movement. Utilizing the colors of the product and form-factor of a ball, I created a dot striation that creates a continuous pattern across the front when lined up on shelf. The campaign follows the packaging visual direction. We took a series of photos with HO scale figures to make mini look small but BIG! Mini is a complex product with a deep play experience so we captured this by having the figures play with the different features.
